Rules for the Competition:
1. Time limit is 3+1 min (venue is zoom platform)
2. Participants will be paired as for and against for the topics selected (judges will decide winner on individual performance and not on pair performance)
3. Derogatory remarks and slang about any person, caste,religion,creed gender is strictly prohibited if done, serious action will be taken
4. All participants must have a bank account. If not, open one soon (for crediting the prize money)
