Develop negotiation strategies to achieve favourable outcomes for all parties involved.
Draft clear, concise, and enforceable contracts that reflect the intentions of the parties.
Identify and mitigate common pitfalls and risks associated with contract negotiation and drafting.
All the participants will be awarded with e-certificates at the end of the event. Three best negotiators shall be awarded with separate certificates.
