The Faculty of Management and Commerce is organising an Interactive session with the one of the renowned personalities and Business Case protagonist, Director & CEO of Dabbawala, from Mumbai, Shri Sunil Gavande ji, on the September 19, 2024 Thursday from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm.

The  dabbawalas have been delivering perfectly cooked home-made meals to Mumbai's office workers for over 125 years. They oversee 200,000 lunch deliveries per day with an almost unachievable error rate; this accomplishment has drawn interest from people all around the world, particularly those involved in management and Six Sigma. A Harvard case study and Tedx speaker, who attained Six Sigma certification-which corresponds to an error ratio of just 1 in 16 million-have distinguished themselves in the eyes of the world's operational efficiency standards.
