The BEST Program, a flagship CSR initiative of Bajaj Auto Limited (BAL), aims to equip engineering graduates with advanced manufacturing skills in contemporary and evolving technology, bridging the gap between academia and industry. The program offers an interdisciplinary curriculum that includes four key modules: Mechatronics, Motion Control & Sensor Technology, Robotics & Automation, and Industry 4.0 & Smart Manufacturing.

With a strong emphasis on hands-on, project-based learning, 70% of the training is dedicated to practical experience. The BEST Center is equipped with cutting-edge laboratories and technology, including Smart Vision, Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), the Internet of Things (IoT), Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR), and Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM). Engineering and polytechnic graduates who have completed their studies in Karnataka with first-class honors or are in their final year are eligible to participate in the BEST Program.
