We solicit your cooperation on the following to make Convocation 2026
a solemn academic function

  • Be seated at the designated place before 3.30 pm.
  • Mobile phones to remain switched off throughout the function.
  • Remain standing.
  • When the Dignitaries enter the auditorium.
  • When the National Anthem is played.
  • When oath is administrated.
  • When the academic procession leaves the auditorium.
  • Remain seated during the rest of the Ceremony.
  • Only invitees are allowed inside the Auditorium.
  • This invitation is not transferable.
  • Personal photography during the convocation is prohibited.
