Gandhi Jayanti is observed every year on October 2, to commemorate the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, one of the central figures of India's freedom movement.

Mahatma Gandhi played a prominent role in several mass movements against British colonial rule, including

• Non-Cooperation Movement (1920–22)
• Salt March / Dandi March (1930)
• Quit India Movement (1942)

The celebration will include offering flowers as a mark of respect to Mahatma Gandhi, followed by a short speech highlighting his life, values, and contributions to our nation.

We warmly invite all faculty members to attend and be a part of the celebration.
