The Leadership with Empathy Ideathon is an engaging innovation challenge organized by the Department of Hospitality & Event Management, PES University. The event encourages participants to work in teams, understand diverse perspectives, and develop creative solutions to real-world problems. Centered on the belief that great leaders place people at the heart of decision-making, the ideathon focuses on empathy, stakeholder understanding, innovation, collaboration, and ethical leadership. Participants will have the opportunity to think critically, exchange ideas, and create meaningful solutions that can drive positive impact in society and the hospitality and events industry.
