The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), PES University, and QuaNaD Lab, in collaboration with C-DAC Bengaluru and supported by the PESU Research Foundation, are organizing Quantum Hackathon 2026. This 12-hour hackathon provides students with hands-on experience in quantum computing using Qniverse, C-DAC's indigenous quantum computing platform. The event will be held on November 14, 2026 at the PES University EC Campus and is preceded by a series of tutorial sessions covering quantum computing fundamentals, quantum algorithms, and platform preparation. Participants will work in teams to design and implement quantum solutions, receive mentorship from C-DAC experts, and present their projects to a judging panel. The event offers joint PESU-C-DAC certificates, prizes for winning teams, and an opportunity to visit C-DAC's quantum technology facilities.
