About this event

The Faculty of Law, PES University, is organizing an Expert Talk on "Enforcing Security: A Practitioner’s View of SARFAESI Act 2002" by Ms. Vinithra Srinivasan, Partner, NVS & Associates, Advocate & Legal Consultant, Bengaluru & Chennai. The session will provide participants with a practitioner’s perspective on the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest (SARFAESI) Act, 2002, one of India's key legislations governing the enforcement of security interests by financial institutions. Attendees will gain insights into the practical application of the Act, legal procedures, challenges in enforcement, recent developments, and its significance in the banking and financial sectors. The talk aims to bridge the gap between legal theory and real-world practice, offering valuable learning opportunities for law students and aspiring legal professionals.
