1. Open to students only from the CSE/ECE/EE/ISE/TE departments and following semesters:

BE 4, 6, and 8 semesters

MTech 1 and 2 semesters

2. Only individual submissions are allowed. This is not a team event/submission.

3. Submission must strictly follow standard format prescribed by IEEE - see guidelines
